Welcome to Cake Republic
Cake Republic is a home-based bakery founded and run by
Julie-Ann McCarthy, a passionate baker who previously worked as a bakery manager in a supermarket and has now ventured off on her own.
Our specialty is bespoke cakes and desserts to suit almost any dietary requirement. We have made it our mission to accommodate for everyone – with gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.
We take great pride in improving upon your favourite cakes and desserts in new and creative ways.
